Here’s how this program works…

These programs broadly set out holistic, logical plans for the improvement and long-term maintenance of the psychological, physical, emotional, spiritual and social health of an individual.

Every module contains 6 – 8 lessons which are designed to help the participant reach their milestones as set down at the beginning of each module in their personal goals and objectives.

Module One: A Healthy Mind

Mind Health, step one, to a NEW YOU! In this module, we help you build self-awareness, encourage self-confidence, and manage stress like you've never done before.

Module Two: Eat and Grow Fit

We will help you bring the fun and enjoyment back into movement and exercise and show you easy sustainable ways to close the gap between what you eat and what you should be eating.

Module Three: Seeds to Self-Management

Before you can care effectively for others, you must develop a non-judgmental attitude to creating healthy, sustainable life choices for yourself. In this module, you will embed the belief that if you treat yourself well, others will follow!

Module Four: Real Relationships

This module is all about enabling a culture of connection and support through improved communication and interpersonal skills for your whole life.

Module Five: Soul Searching

How often do you give yourself the time to just contemplate? In module 5, we’ll support you to do just that, as we assist you in the developing of healthy attitudes and habits by reconnecting with your core values and beliefs.

Module Six: Change and Sustain

This module is designed to bring it all together. The focus is making the new you sustainable and realistic. Boosting your skills around personal responsibility and self-management will embed all you’ve learned and assist with your continued growth.

We want to fast-track you on a process that took us a number of years and are looking forward to sharing all that we’ve learned in six sustainable steps.

We assume you are ready to learn, because the more you put into this training, the better your wellbeing outcome.

Within each of the six modules there is a combination of video or audio, PDF documents including checklists, questionnaires, activities, action plans and points to get the participant to act.
